In September of 2010 The Vintage Laundry began to offer event decor and prop resource rental for brides, event planners, designers, stylists, home stagers, photographers, as well as film, television and print professionals. This new service makes our vintage inventory available to give your wedding, photo shoot or event your own individual style. We rent one of a kind pieces for whatever your needs may be. LeAnn has an extensive collection of vintage linens, clothing, furniture, china, glassware, silver, lighting and architectural pieces that continues to grow. You can find the perfect vintage pieces for your event in her online inventory. And if you don't see the vintage piece that you had in mind contact LeAnn for a custom search - she loves any excuse to shop!

it works like this . . .
The inventory page on the site is for your convenience. You can look through the inventory, making it easier to decide which items will work for your particular event.
You can add the items that work for your event to the message portion of the contact form and we can check on the availability, which will vary for each piece. Make sure to put all the items and quantities that you would like to reserve for your event or project in your message when sending your request. Please remember to include the dates of your event and your telephone number in the required fields.
Items listed in your message are viewed as a request and does not indicate we guarantee the item(s) will be available. I will check the availability of your items and get back with you via email or phone, usually within a few hours.
The pricing indicates rental rates for one day, with a minimum of a two-day rental. Extended rentals beyond two days are available and most items are available for purchase.
I welcome any clients who would like to view items in person. If you would like to come by our store, simply phone me at 512-578-8468 and we can arrange an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled on weekends and evenings, as well, if given 48 hour notice. It is my intention and I work really hard to keep things in the best possible condition. But, all items are offered in an as is condition - so inspection in person is recommended to decide on an items suitability. **
**By placing an order, the Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Vintage Laundry Rental and its agents and employees, harmless against any claims of any sort resulting from any activity in connection with the products/items being leased.

All rentals are priced by the day and up to seven-day periods.
• I am more than happy to schedule delivery for a customer.
• Or customer may schedule their own messenger/delivery and would be responsible for round trip transportation of the items. The messenger should arrive with necessary equipment to protect the condition and value of the items, for instance, moving blankets for furniture items.
Cash, credit card, or checks are accepted for payment
Once an order is finalized, payment is non-refundable. Payment indicates that you accept the item in its as is condition. Client should inspect item in person to verify its current condition and its acceptability for their project.
A credit card number is necessary to hold for any damage done to any items that may occur from or during the customer's usage or delivery if customer transports item(s).
Customer is responsible for any damage to items, beyond its original condition. Damages may be billed as either a repair, cleaning fee, or an amount for depreciation up to the full cost if destroyed.
Long term rentals:
Longer term rentals are possible. Ask for special pricing. The Vintage Laundry rents both short and long term and also sells furniture to television and film industries, photographers, brides, event planners, home stagers, and interior designers.
If you need to purchase an item for your project, just ask. I will consider selling inventory items on a piece-by-piece basis.

The Vintage Laundry Rental has an hourly rate of $25.00 for one way delivery or pick up anywhere in Austin and within a 50 mile radius.
who we are and what we do . . .
LeAnn Stephenson is the founder of The Vintage Laundry and The Vintage Laundry Rental in Austin, TX. You may have shopped with her at her store, on her website, at Antiques Week in Round Top / Warrenton or at City Wide Garage Sale in Austin.
LeAnn received his BA in Graphic Design and Illustration and Fine Arts from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. There she worked in the publication business illustrating and designing for various publications in Texas. She was also one of three partners in an event business called Trellis where she shared floral, baking, and catering responsibilities with her partners (also known as her aunts.)
In 2007 she moved her business on-line for a few years but recently reopened a brick and mortar shop at 3406 Glenview in Austin, Texas 78703. LeAnn has worked in both the vintage retail and event business for over 10 years.
